The breakfast which was included in our rate was outstanding ! The staff couldn’t do enough for us! You can tell they all enjoyed working there! I love the heated pool,steam room and sauna! I didn’t get to use the massage services there we were too busy touring the island and it’s beaches.

Amazing and attentive staff. There is a doctor available 8-9:30 which was wonderful since my daughter was sick! The pool and dock were very nice.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and flexible with our odd-hour plans. The thermal swimming pool area was exceptional beautiful. It was well thought of with a lot of cozy corners. anyone with any preference could find a spot that works for them. The thermal water was so clean and well maintained. The staff were constantly going around and cleaning everywhere. There was a free live music entertainment in the roof top after dinner which was exceptional. The dinner was also really delicious. They provide free parking and there is 24-hour frontdesk. I mention this, because a lot of places in Italy state that they have it, but they do not. Every floor has an extra terrace equipped with sunbeds as well, that you can enjoy anytime. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.
