Great quality stay, great care by team, Irene was great at check-in explaining all needed and setting great tone of stay, rest of team as well very helpful and welcoming, great SPA team at reception providing great service, as well treatment was delivered greatly, will definitely recommend and return. Fantastic value! Our room was as well equipped as an apartment, with a four-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer, silverware, plates, cooking utensils, etc. We went out for dinner, but we should have stayed in and cooked ourselves - our dinner cost as much as our room! The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for a couple and our dog. The hotel is very dog-friendly - they provided dog bowls and even a bed for our furry friend. They also had a "dog bar" in the lobby with food and water. Brilliant! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and out couldn't have been easier. Plenty of on-site parking and convenient to the highway. Nice dog-walking area next to the hotel.

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case, I just had to. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! The ladies at the reception were very professional, and all the employees truly gave their best. For me, the most important thing in a hotel is cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Our room was spotless every day, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff. The evenings were made special by Mario, who sang and entertained the crowd with such energy and talent. He’s a fantastic singer and really knows how to create a great atmosphere. What stood out the most were Marco and Sabina – I’ve never seen people do their jobs with so much passion and joy. They were always smiling, singing, dancing, and giving 200%. It was a real pleasure to be around them, and their positive energy was infectious. Umut, the bartender, was another highlight. He was one of the main reasons we kept coming back to the bar—kind, funny, and always keeping us entertained. Breakfast was also great—everything was fresh and clean. Perfecto and bravo to all the staff! We truly hope to be back soon.
