The breakfast was exceptional! Great variety of various dishes and pastry, fresh juices, delicious coffee. We liked the pistaccio creme especially. Moreover, the hotel has a nice lounge where one can visit the internet and/or print something out.

The spa facilities were free, took advantage and went for a sauna after every ski day. The facilities were well maintained and clean.

Centrally located in Saint Vincent, Hotel Elena is near the Casino de la Vallée and offers a free shuttle to the railway station. Hotel Elena is also near the cable way for the thermal baths.

the people and service were amazing. thank you to everyone at reception, room staff, breakfast staff. We loved our balcony room with an amazing view of the mountains! Our family was all older individuals and we loved it. I'm not sure it's an ideal place for kids, however and personally I liked that it was mostly adults and quiet. Breakfast was lovely. We could purchase a drink in the evening. Elevator fits 2 adults comfortably. Easy walk to everything for the able bodied. Generally the area is very walkable, but older adults please be cautions as the walking is lots of cobblestones and inclines, not easy for those with arthritis or mobility challenges. It's possible, just not easy. Beautiful area I hope to return to here and Hotel Elena someday!

An Unforgettable Experience We stayed in a gorgeous room with an incredible view—honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. Our host was amazing—so kind, helpful with everything we needed, and always there when we had questions. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the view from the dining area was just breathtaking. And the spa… what a perfect way to relax at the end of our travel days. Truly a special place—highly recommended! Photos are from early May.

My stay at this hotel in the mountains was nothing short of magical. The breathtaking scenery and views were unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful and charming. Warm and friendly hospitality. Lovely hosts who are always available when needed, superclean bathroom and spacious room with comfortable beds and a romantic balcony. This place is perhaps a bit hidden but, dear, what a fantastic, quiet spot it is!. This ´casa´ got it all: possibility for ordering "lunchboxes" for hiking days, play garden for kids, board games for the evenings inside and relax chairs for enjoying a glass of wine outside. The breakfast was abundant with some really tasty pastries, different kinds of bread, fruits, ham, salami, cheese, great coffee,..., If you´re looking for a hidden gem, or a quiet place just out of town or a place where kids can enjoy themselves after a busy day, don´t hesitate but book it. You won´t be disappointed!
