We loved our stay at the Grand hotel. The hotel was fantastic, we had a beautiful room, elegant design, optimized space, located in one of the tower of the palazzo with a balcony overlooking the countryside (free upgrade was much appreciated) The hotel was calm and relaxing, the pool area and garden are perfect to chill. The hotel is located inside the wall of the old town and it’s a easy stroll down to the public parking and very nice restaurants. oh ! and the staff was brilliant, so friendly and yet so polite! we really had a great time and we are looking forward to come back :)

I loved staying at this hotel! I stayed in the presidential suite and it was truly stunning with the private balcony, fancy hot tub and beautiful views. It was extremely clean. There was good attention to detail including wine and a fruit platter on arrival. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it is very good value. The staff are also excellent. Although their English is not always perfect, they are so kind and always looking to help. Breakfast was a little limited but still very good, especially when delivered to eat on the terrace of your room. When booking the suites you can book the sauna and steam room for exclusive access which was nice , and the garden and outdoor jacuzzi are just dreamy! Although facilities are not huge, it has a lovely boutique villa feel which is much nicer in a way.

arriving at the location was breathtaking even before we arrived mary called to ask if we were having dinner the welcome we got was exceptional as the staff was one of the most generous and kind we met Mary,Iliana,Francesca,Franko and the outstanding dinner byAndres with Deborah. Everything was perfect and for sure we will be back and wish them all well

We stayed in the borgo over valentines weekend and it was absolutely everything we wanted and more, a beautiful, quiet stay in the Umbria hills, near Spoleto in a cute place with all the services. We spent valentines dinner at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious, the space is beautiful and cozy and the staff is very welcoming and accomodating. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated and restored. There is also a private spa that you can ask to book, a lovely experience that felt luxurious but approachable. We easily visited Spoleto and Norcia during our stay, just 15 min from Terni and the waterfalls. I also liked that we were not so far from Rome so the journey didn't feel tiring. We really felt at home and absolutely taken care of by the wonderful staff. We hope to return again soon!
