    Fantastic place...Fantastic location...Fantastic staff!! The hotel is very beautiful and you need to enjoy his history! For breakfast you had many choices and on top you could have lunch and dinner . Room was very big and spacious. There are a couple of spaces for electric cars and you can charge for a fixed fee of €30. Pets are allowed against a small fee a day like €10 a day. Walking distance from the city centre!

    We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Alexander & Spa. Great location, close to station and downtown, comfortable bed, lovely included breakfast in garden which was a great place to relax at any time during the day. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We would love to return one day 😍

    Very disappointed with your advertisement of this hotel. It's a spa hotel , but if you want to use the facility's it's an extra €150 for 2 hours of use . Very Disappointing as this was to be a relaxing evening of our holiday , Your website also says it provides parking , it does not say it is on the street outside for an additional € 12 a night . All in all a very poor description of the most expensive hotel you advertise in San Reno

    The breakfast was exceptional, almost everything you can imagine you can even juice your own fruits! The pool was quite fun and pretty, the spa was nice, the massage was ok, the staff was great and friendly.
