Rooms were comfortable with great air conditioning and refrigerator, as well as courtyard views. Staff is friendly, helpful, and easygoing and the breakfast is quite good by the standards of Italian three star hotels. Excellent location in the historic centre of Spoleto. Although the spa service is a little high priced, it's totally worth it to be able to enjoy a hot tub and Finnish sauna in complete privacy and as they are meant to be enjoyed, in the German manner (without clothes).Guest review byJamesSolo traveller
