The MUSA Team was exceptionally welcoming! They made us feel overwhelmingly comfortable since we got to the train station in Como. They picked us up in their private transportation, and from that point on, we felt like we were in a dream. The boat ride through the lake was like out of a movie. The couples massage was also great! The experience in their restaurant ROTEO was beyond what we could have ever expected. The food was exquisite! The service and the attention to detail presented by the MUSA Team is second to none. The staff were exceptional and so accommodating to us (we were traveling with our 18 month old son). The owners were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very generous. They offered a wide variety of quality food and it was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip (best omelette we have ever had). The hotel itself was beautifully presented and cared for. The pool and gardens were a highlight. Overall, this was one of our favorite hotels from this Europe trip. It’s peaceful and beautiful and we would book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the wonderful owners and staff for such a memorable stay. You are doing an amazing job and have created a beautiful hotel.

The views from the property were beautiful! It was close to Varenna, but you were able to relax and escape the chaos.
