This was our first stop in Italy. We were visiting the Friuli region/Udine for 2 days. Our goal was to experience a little culture and good food in a relaxed and restful atmosphere. This exceeded our expectations! The stay is about 20 minutes from Udine, perfect for tranquility, and close enough to everything to enjoy. At Michela's recommendation, we headed from Udine to Grado via Aquileia after enjoying a tour of a Prosciuttificio in San Daniele. Her husband's recommendation for dinner just out of town at a small family restaurant was amazing. I wouldn't recommend planning the stay without a car. With a car, it is easy to find and parking is great. Very safe, exceptionally clean and hospitable. Use of the spa is 30 euros. We didn't use it, but I checked it out and would have if we had time, looked great. Thanks for the stay Michela!
