The staff were amazing and very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay and the food is great. The best hotel in Amman with no doubt. This was my second stay and for sure will by my main option when I come to Amman again.

The staff went out of their way to make you feel like a VIP. Senior management came around whilst having dinner and breakfast to ensure all is well. They were polite and showed a genuine, even the guest relationship manager also helped us plan our day in Amman.
