I would highly recommend this hotel for first timers to Amman because the location is peaceful and near downtown. Plus its easy to take taxi. In addition, the hotel is clean, there is a salon and the staff are helpful and super friendly. Many thanks to Emad for managing my booking and also to Osama and Ayed. Amazing staff. Very kind, very professional, so special. Two of us were celebrating our wedding anniversary and your people went far, far beyond our dreams and expectations. They made us fell like we celebrated this occasion with family and friends, thanks for that. We will remember this forever. Flowers, gift, everything! Unfortunetly, we don't remember all staff names, but our dinner at Zenith was memorable thank to Sohaib. And during our last day breakfast we were surprised again by a delicious love pancake and wishes and best spa treament that we ever had. We travel a lot, but this place is on the very top of hospitality.
