Everything was very nice, we stayed for 2 nights, they cleaned the room every day and put free fruits, drinks and sweets in the room. They even gave us small surprises at the exit. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Gluten free available in hotel . Swimming pool was heated, Jacuzzi very warm, Turkish bath with experience massage. All staff and managers was professional and Fantastic, helpful Terrace with rooftop top in the hotel I take shisha with Bedouins tea was very hospitality. I recommended for all travel looking for relax and super services. The hotel not expensive and the price is thing behind the good services and facilities, comfortable stay

The service was impeccable right from our arrival. The gentleman at the front was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. The massage chair was the best one I've ever used. The location is super concern convenient. We left with a goodie bag of lunch. Great work!

Everything was perfect. The room was large and clean. The hotel is 3 minutes from the entrance to Petra, so the location is very convenient. Dinner and breakfast times were always respected. Both breakfast and dinner were very plentiful and the food was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they even booked the tickets for Petra by night for us. We had a great time.
