Room is larger than I expected. Ice machine is great. Ice cream while waiting for washing machine is also great. Free use for washing machine and pay only drying machine. The hotel is near Kofu station. I could say that this is one of the best hotel I used to stay.

The view from the room was incredible! The staff was very professional and the electronic bikes you could get at the hotel were very useful to explore the town! The Onsen and the open air bath were really relaxing as well.

This should be a higher rating hotel! The staff is amazing from the moment you arrival for the shuttle to the moment you leave. They have an exception buffet breakfast and dinner. Excellent Onsen. Amazing amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to others and would love to come back!

Extremely professional and friendly staff who went above and beyond to fulfill every request. Felt like a home away from home. The hotel itself is very photogenic and filled with nostalgic charm, outlooking Lake Kawaguchi, and I was lucky enough to see Mt. Fuji from my room. Definitely coming back and bringing family and friends to this gem of a hotel. And they serve damn good coffee!
