Room was big and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable futon beds. The natural hotspring onsen was very clean and so relaxing especially the open Air bath. One of the ladies at the checkout (apologies forgot her name), she was really good and spoke good English. Breakfast --> We took breakfast included in the package, and that was the highlight, the vegetable juice (best ever), corn soup, the hot spring eggs, the sausages and so on all were so tasty. Onsen --> Felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed. I highly recommend it. Others --> Shuttle bus use it if required. We are couple but we can use both.Big window overlooking mountains. 2 big public onsens. We like the outdoors one on separate building. It has 5 pools, jacuzzi and sauna. The waiting room on 3rd floor got lots of massage chairs, rest area and game area. Quality Toiletries products. Big dining area for breakfast with lots of variety, western & Japanese.
