A really nice room with a traditional Japanese style. From the window you can see the ski slopes. the onsen is really a plus an the breakfast very good. it’s a nice place to stay even if you’re not skier

This place was amazing! Definitely a hidden gem. The hosts were such a lovely family, some of the most accommodating people we met on our trip. Couldn’t recommend more. Also a great location- only a 10 minute walk up hill to Guryu. The lodge itself is so homely and warm and has great views. Would love to come stay here for longer. The set breakfast is also delicious :)

If you’re ready to immerse yourself in traditional Japanese, stay here. The room was simple but perfect for what we needed. The shower is an onsen. The location is about a 12 min walk from Iwatake resort and there is a bus stop about 20m from the hotel.

Hotel facilities were amazing. The room was spacious and perfect for two people. the ski in/out was nice too.

We loved the japanese traditional tatami sleeping set up. The pillows n quilt made me felt like i was sleeping on clouds. The free coffee corner with of micro wave oven was great. The chocolate drink was really good.

Excellent boutique hotel in Hakuba. The interior is European inspiration architecture, very particularly chosen and decorated. Buffet dinner and breakfast offers a variety of choice and tastes very delicious. The forest glamping area is very beautiful with chilled background music.

Service was exceptional! It had such cozy, intimate vibes, and everyone was kind and respectful. We all thoroughly enjoyed the hot bath after a long day riding, and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. They helped us with dinner reservations and transport, even making us breakfast on our last day. We were so touched and completely blown away by their hospitality! The lodge is also very clean and has everything you could need. They also offer a paid shuttle service to each of the ski resorts in the area, so getting around wasn’t a problem. I highly recommend this place!
