Everything!5 min walk to the ropeway station, beautiful marshland just few minutes away, but the best part was the hotel itself. Staff was amazing, everyone was just lovely and bright. love the onsen and food wad just next level superb. Love it a lot. Stayed in few La Vista now and definitely will choose this brand in the future. I had amazing, relaxing time. Thank you a lot! Actually, I think the photo on booking.com don't give a justice to the size of the room. I booked the single one and it was definitely larger than I expected so that's was a bonus.

This is a lovely warm hotel with characters. I think the hotel may have been refurbished from an old hotel/building before it became Hoshino's hotel as you can see some parts of the building and some features in the room is quite old fashioned and outdated. Nevertheless, it was tidy and clean and functions perfectly. Their staffs were all very friendly, they take the initiative to help out when my family wants to take a photo in the lobby, and without us asking, they made recommendations for restaurants nearby, which saved us time on researching on during the New Year time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who are visiting Asahikawa and would go back to stay there again in a heart beat.

I stay here approximately once a month or so. It's in a stellar location, attached to the station. The rooms are always clean and well-equipped. The onsen/public bath on the lobby floor is open overnight, which is rare for hotels in the area and much appreciated. They also have an excellent lounge/study area on the lobby floor - comfortable couches, a few study nooks, computer and printing facilities, and a free coffee and tea station. There is a microwave and ice machine by the vending machine on the lobby floor which comes in handy. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are the main star - very modern, clean, and with plenty of room. I like how the shower is separated from the toilet by a room/door, something that is hard to come by in Japanese hotels. Depending on events in the town, sometimes I find it to be really good value for money, and other times I think it's a little pricey. It 'pays' to check out the availability as far in advance as you can with this hotel. Parking validation is always nice and efficient - show them your ticket on check-in - it still costs money, but it's definitely cheaper than normal AEON parking rates. I recommend parking on the bottom floor if you can for easy access from the outside elevator.

We tried to book the hotel at the last minute. this hotel was the only affordable option available for our travel dates in this location. We were not aware that this is a love hotel. Seeing the exterior of the hotel, we were a bit skeptical. But, after getting in, we felt perfect. The staff [ all women ] were friendly and gentle. The room and bathroom are spacious. I feel it is luxurious compared with other mainstream hotels in Japan. They had only four options for breakfast, and we had to inform them at what time we would like to have the breakfast, and they will bring it to the room. Breakfast was good. The transportation from this hotel location to the town is mainly by taxi. GO / Taxi app is very helpful to hire a taxi in this Location. The bus timings are not that convenient. The public transport options are sparse. Note: No kids are allowed to stay here.
