Excellent hotel , location is amazing, so clean one of the best APA branches I stayed in, highly recommended, only issue was the wind or cold air coming from the AC even it was off , but it was not really bothering me

Comfortable and convenient: room, facility, and location very practical, clean, modern, and efficient. Lively streets with lots of restaurants and markets just a couple of blocks away. Close to Peace Park and other sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Onsen a terrific bonus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! While the facilities are a bit dated, they're clean and comfortable—especially the spa, which is exceptional for the price. I even forgot my headphones at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to find them and send them to me by mail. Absolutely recommended!

Loved the kimono robe that you could wear around the hotel and to breakfast.. The onsens were great especially the outdoor private one that overlooked the water. . The free shuttle service was perfect for getting you to the ferry for Miyajima.and the train station. Staff were fantastic. Rooms were very clean and a nice size. Loved having the balcony to sit out on in the evenings.
