We loved the hotel design, the pretty paintings hung on the wooden walls, the room which was beautiful, cozy and clean. The staff were very nice and hospitable, especially Sayama who was very sweet and kind. The facilities were great (gym, bath) and the shuttle services were convenient. We are a vegan couple and when we asked if it's possible to accommodate dinner for us, the staff agreed and prepared two dishes for us which we were grateful for.
