I really loved REF in Kumamoto, rooms are small but you can fit luggage under the bad and make everything smooth and practical, facilities are top notch, the bath floor is great, laundry is great, breakfast is good but most important thing the staff is super helpful and some of them speak english. They helped me with my luggage before and after my stay so thanks guys 10/10!

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. I worked from the hotel during my stay, as I was operating based on the European time zone. The Wi-Fi was stable, and the bed was comfortable. 😌 You can also do your laundry here for 300 yen for the washing machine and 100 yen for the dryer so perfect.

Good location. Just opposite to the bus terminal. Great breakfast & springs. The outdoor spring is wonderful. Next to shopping mall with information centre for bus tickets & SUNQpass reservation inside. Many good restaurants nearby. Almost all scenic sites are within walking distance.

Really great value for money. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Drinks with dinner were reasonably priced. Entry provided to next door spa which was super nice and they even posted some stuff we had left in the room after. 10/10

It was a perfect one night stop half way between our travels. The property is well managed and Shibao San was exceptionally helpful.
