Room size and view from the room were great. Onsen facilities were also fantastic. Lobby snacks were offered to us and were very good too.

I had a wonderful time thanks to the hospitality and amazing support from the hotel owner. He helped me with transfer from the station to the hotel and was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed my time.

Great traditional ryokan in Shibu onsen - the baths are amazing and breakfast was excellent. The inn is very kitschy in a traditional japanese style and for those of us who are ryokan lovers, you really feel the magic. A wonderful place to stay!
