Staffs were very helpful, professional and curteous. We really like our room its very clean, modern ryokan, our private hot spring baths just amazing and the view is stunning. Facilities were great, if we do not have planned itinerary we would prefer just to stay and have onsen all day! The foods were great both breakfast and dinner.

Great hotel! Located three minutes walk from the train station. Great staff, fast check-in/check-out despite the fact that the hotel was overcrowded these days. There were also queues at breakfast, but the hotel team distributed people well and we didn't have to wait long. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for Japanese hotels. We also had a great view of the city. Well, the main advantage is the wonderful onsen and the amazing pool on the roof, which is open all year round. Looking at the stars in the winter sky while swimming in the pool is incredible!

Love the room with Seaview. Love the outdoor onsen. Love their buffet dinner, value for money. One of the best buffet dinner I had in Japan. Love their buffet breakfast. Overall, food was excellent, facility was excellent, room was excellent.
