This a one of the nicest hotels we ever stayed in (and we are spoiled travellers, frequenting Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin, Okura, ....). Everything is just right. We stayed in an executive suite in the Sunset Wing. This wing is the one you need if you look for a quiet and peaceful stay with tremendous views. The Ocean Front wing is more a resort style wing, perfect when you are traveling with kids. The dining at Shroux (luxury innovative) and Aomi (japanese) are high level and in the quiet part of the hotel. Great stay. We will definitely go back. 11 on 10 points.

The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated and with large and comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful. I also took a massage course in the hotel spa - that was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend!

We loved everything about our stay here: the accommodation was perfect for us as two friends sharing the space because we each had our own sleeping area. The kitchen has everything you need, and we loved the beautiful quirky local cups and crockery. The sauna is amazing, you must try it! Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious! But most of all our hosts were just so wonderful and helped us with so many different things: recommendations for massages, bookings at restaurants, parking ticket issues: nothing was too much trouble! We cannot recommend this place and the fabulous hosts highly enough. We hope to come back some day.

It’s superb! Great location and easy access by bus to the airport… no car needed. Lots of restaurants outside serving excellent food! We went in late March so no outdoor pools were open but it also meant it was very calm and quiet! Beautiful room with the best view on floor 12. Amazingly helpful staff! It’s a huge hotel which I don’t normally appreciate but it totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you Monterey… I will be back and also look for other hotels within your group!

The whole place was amazing. The hotel is nice, the beach is gorgeous, never crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even who doesn’t speak English tried everything to help us when we had questions. I highly recommend this hotel! We also checked other big hotels nearby with beach access, and we think the moon beach is the best so far. You can really relax here without crowds or loud noises. And I also had to mention the private island tour with snorkeling and bbq. It’s soooooooooo worth it! If you book a few days here that’s a must try thing!

Everything starting from resort location to food and sea activity was awesome. It has one of the best sea views. Stayed in sea view room and it was amazing. Lunch at Blue Lagoon was delicious.

Beautifully appointed and decorated Hotel with luxury amenities and delicious restaurants. The pools were lovely with many lounging options, the drinks were cheap and tasty. The teppenyaki set menu dinner was exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here.
