Above and beyond! One of my family members accidentally forgot his passport in the room. We only found out during luggage check in. The customs at Okinawa takes a long time. The hotel housekeeping manager took a cab to the airport and delivered the passport just before take off. Simply Amazing! I would like to thank the staff at Hyatt for all there support.
