Location: The Centara Grand in Osaka is located very centrally, 10 Minutes by foot to Namba Station. Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court. Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

I didnt have the best room upon checking in so I asked if there was anything else. The staff thoroughly checked and I got a much better room! The facilities are nice and clean and I liked the location. There's a cool market very close by that also makes a great photo opp and easy shopping/food options.

Stayed for a day, and the rooftop onsen was amazing. It's a great place to chill and relax. We were quite happy with our accommodation and the staff. Recommend if you are going to Universal Studios, but it is a bit far from the center parts of the town. All is easily reachable by train.

The location was quite perfect, easily accessible station just below the hotel. Easy to transfer stations or head to the kansai airport train line. Amenities were of great quality and without problems, and easily requested from the room service function (QR code setting). The rooms were large and spacious.

Great facility of a two story building with room to easily sleep 8 people (we were 6). The bathroom is amazing with a wonderful shower and a hot tub but we didn't use the hot tub because the weather was already scorching hot. AC worked FANTASTIC so we were able to sleep cool in the hot Osaka night. Lots of room to sprawl. Great Wifi, TV with Netflix / Prime / Apple TV. The host was super responsive online, and met us with a small sweets gift when we arrived.
