The room was very spacious for our family of 5. Separate bathroom and toilet was very convenient. The hot spring was awesome, very big with 2 levels. Free ice cream after a hot bath was very enjoyable. Breakfast and dinners were also great. They have a nice open air onsen, and 2 hot and normal temperature onsens inside. My room was spacious enough. There are free hot and cold drinks on the first floor and good massage available. Have a free bus shauttle from the railway - if you manage to learn how to find it. It left randomly, not according the schedule. Ask someone in Japan to call hotel to learn more about shauttle.Guest review byVolhaSolo traveller
