Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

Absolutely amazing place! Interior design is so unique and it feels like you are in a museum. The staff were nice and really friendly. The views - beautiful, the facilities - great. Also we reallyyyy loved the bicycles - it’s totally the best way to explore the lake

Yoshi san, was very friendly, warm and hospitality. He is so thoughtful that he gave my sister a gift and wished her happy birthday. Even before we checkout, he gave us a gift and thanks us for choosing to stay in his hotel. He really go the extra mile to serve the guest and make them feel at home. There is even 24-7 onsen and jacuzzi FOC for the guest. I strongly recommend others to stay in kawaguchiko crescendo. Its not only value for money and service excellent. The hotel location although slightly away from the bus stop but just enjoy the brisk walk. I really enjoy the stay in this hotel. Will definitely come back in my next visit in kawaguchiko.
