This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

The service was fab🥰Staff can communicate well in english...They were very helpful and kind. The hotel itself is amazing...family mart inside the hotel, loads of onsens, lobby was spacious, lot of elevators, polite staff from reception , security guard to room attendant.🥰 Simply awesome. It was my first time in Japan , indeed my holiday was fantastic. They even stored my luggage before checking in and after checking out.🥰A big plus.....Easy access to everything one can think of to have a nice holiday - to mention some...metro access 100m away, theme park close by, malls, air cabin, convience stores, shops and last but not least, the surrounding area👏👏👏spot on😍🤩.

It offered free ice sticks and also had a hot water bath. You can also take free drinks. I also got free breakfast (maybe from the booking.com genius). The bed is super comfy. It's in the Chukagai so lots of foods to eat nearby. Convenience store is like 5 min away.

Very convenient location – there is a direct bus from Narita Station almost right to the hotel. The onsen facilities are great and the view from the top is superb. An additional plus is a great variety of food for breakfast.

This property was amazing! it was comfortable, clean and specious. The beds were comfortable and the styling of the house was fantastic-high ceilings, so much room. It felt like a well built home and even the smallest details were thought about. The sauna and karaoke room were the highlight of our stay!

Room is spacious, to the point that we organise our baggages while fully opening. View from the room is fabulous. However, the best were its bathtub and lavatory. Enough relaxation we had in bathtub and enough preparation to go we made in front of mirror. Lastly, the hotel had no thaws of the pandemic. Staff are lively and interior is gorgeous. Room-in massage offered us pretty high-qualitied techniques to remove our fatigue.
