We stayed for 5 nights and it was so relaxed but with enough different scenery (private pool, communal pool and beach) we felt we could have stayed longer. The staff were amazing and very helpful! It was a beautiful stay! We made the most of the free activities they put on eg. head massage tutorial, meditation, paddleboarding etc.

Everything! The Room was beautiful and aesthetic, the bed was like a huge cloud, the towels were big and soft. Complimentary drinks, fruits and sport offers. Massage at Bamboo Spa was amazing. Food and Drinks also very high quality standard. Best for last: everyone from staff was friendly and welcoming. The good mood smiles at you. Will come back for sure.

Outstanding service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi outside the hotel. The staff in the reception were so welcoming and friendly and also in the restaurant on 1st floor, the woman in charge (sorry forgot her name!) was super friendly and helpful, as well as H Sophoeat and staff at breakfast. The gym, the pool, the rooms, everything was great! The service of the staff was just excellent, the man from the reception (maybe his name was Kim Ladang) even followed us in the car to the ferry pier. And they drove us there for free too. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Everything - service was impeccable, room large and extremely comfortable, location and amenities beautiful. Food was also amazing.

Not far from the airport and room was very clean. Staff are friendly and always smiling. Even though I booked it for one night, the manager ( Daniel) arranged my transport.

It was right above the prince mall, had a great pool area and not far from the beach, it also had its own washing machine which was a bonus

We liked everything. Great swimming pool, helpful staff. Clean. Location is OK, you can use tuk tuk and get everywhere you need. There are some eateries close to hotel.
