Very friendly staff with good English on the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided us some flower vases for my wife’s flowers when we arrived. Even though it was the off season all the facilities were available and the hotel was well staffed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning.

    Very big room, it’s one of the best things in this hotel. Super comfortable when you have so many space to spend a good time with your family. Evening quite new, nice stuff, very good sauna and all SPA zone. Balanced breakfast with good coffee (choose capuchino there ;) ) For my traveling history was in so many hotel and I can say for sure, that this hotel have almost everything of 5 stars hotel. Super good, I’ll come again! P.S BEST choice for this price if you wanna ski in Shimbulak as well, it’s pretty close to it, about 2 km.
