The staff, room, location - all was great! The best hotel in Almaty. I had a room at the 5th floor with the park view. There is a bit noise from the A/C at the roof,but I was ok this that.Overall the room is very comfortable. The spa is ok, but the sauna is too small and located in changing room.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are large, the heating works perfectly as you are able to set the exact temperature that you desire and the shower works great. Another big plus is the outstanding breakfast, which was different every time in my six days stay, and always had something that I liked. This is not the classical "continental" breakfast, but what you get is a real cooked meal. And also, the staff of the hotel is very friendly and the location is excellent.

Denis, the manager, did everything to make our stay at the hotel and in Almaty fantastic and unforgettable. He went above and beyond to give us advice and directions. The hotel is very charming, clean and beautiful. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better. I highly recommend this hotel. Massage was also recommendable! Nice friendly staff !
