The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

Ive stayed in a lot of hotels over the years this was THE BEST HOTEL by far, in terms of value for money, location, facilities, staff, location just PERFECT book it you will not be disappointed, 10 out of 10. The property is exactly as described and exactly as in photos. It is exceptionally clean, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Not to mention that the night view from the windows is just beautiful! The building complex, where the apartment is located, has loads of shops / drugstores / cafes and so on within and around the area. In 5-7 minute walking distance there is a huge mall Mega, where you can find anything needed, with a good variety of brands. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the owner was always reachable, ready to help at anytime and being proactive in making sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very quiet area because the Hotel is located in a backyard. Taxi can drive directly to the entrance. It's very clean and quiet.

The highest level of service. All stuff trying do their best, same as in 5 star hotel. Quite big rooms, everything new and useful, all works good. Nice breakfast, they changing the menu once in a couple days. For me it’s one of the best hotels that I stayed in during travel jn Almaty.

The location is fantastic—in the heart of Almaty. The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, with complete amenities like a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, I particularly appreciated the receptionist which helped me with my reservation. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and sausages.
