New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

I rarely stayed in any hotel with such a great value for money. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.

    Everything was perfect. The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.

    Location is perfect, we enjoyed walking and sightseeing! We loved spa, it is a pity there is no swimming pool! Breakfast was pretty good too! And we lobed the balcony view to the fountain!

    Most of stuff were friendly, fresh interior, spacious rooms, SPA zone (sauna/pool) included to the room price, panoramic windows, comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows.
