This was the best place in Sri Lanka so far in that price segment. The owner and her team are more than amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The place really felt like a home. I highly recommend getting food there. It was delicious with the best view on the beautiful landscape and the waterfall. Prices are super fair. The location is a little away from the main town which guarantees silence and relaxation, but it’s definitely a little walk over and down some hills, but it’s really worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this brand new property. The family who runs it are incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was immaculately clean, and the location, though slightly outside the busy Ella town, was perfect for us – a tranquil jungle retreat just a 10-15 minute tuk-tuk ride away. We loved being surrounded by nature. The option for homemade meals was a huge plus, and the breakfast we had was exceptional. Really friendly hosts, who gave us tea and snacks on arrival. Beautiful view from the lookout hut. The beds had nice thick blankets as a warm option which we really appreciated! Very clean and great value also outnof the way of loud places in Ella so not noisy at night!

We stayed at the hotel four nights, but would have loved to stayed longer. We absolutely loved the hotel and the sweet and caring staff. Our room was really nice and spacious with a very comfy bed, and the shower were really great and clean. We enjoyed some of our time on the roof top and in the pool - both places perfect for relaxing and enjoy the breathtaking view (Ella gap). The hotel has a perfect loaction in Ella, and is very close to everything. The breakfast was sooo good, and we had two lovely dinners at the restaurant. Especially Palitha, Gayan and Ramesh made our stay very pleasant and made sure that we didn’t need anything. They were also very helpful with advices for our trips. We would have loved to stay longer, and we will definitely come back.
