Our stay at Olinda Galle was simply perfect! The property is stunning, with a truly special swimming pool. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room decor was elegant and thoughtfully designed, adding to the charm of the place. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was flawless—we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommended.

My stay at Taavetti was nothing short of magical! Roshan and the Team made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of: from the first moment I arrived they made sure I had everything I needed. They organised dinner even though the restaurant wasn’t open (and it was fantastic), got me breakfast at 6am, and even made me a sandwich as I arrived very late. I also got an amazing massage 2 nights in a row despite changing schedules. Hospitality pure. The Hotel is tastefully decorated, a calm oasis with beautiful details and a very comfy bed. I’d give this place an 11/10.

Absolutely stunning place, with amazing ambient, super food and drinks and above all, superb service! Special thanks to Mr. Gayan, for all of his effort and concierge work, that was well done. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The design was beautiful with a great attention to detail. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and inviting, with a nice clean swimming pool. But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were all so caring and considerate, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were greeted with plush, icy hand towels to wipe away the heat and grime of our travel. After a very relaxed check-in, we were given complimentary iced teas (fabulous!) and invited to attend the nightly flag lowering ceremony on the roof - which we did. This hotel is in a brilliant location - within walking distance to everything, and right in the heart of the old fort. The ambience is both eclectic and an homage to old Sri Lanka, with many old photos and artefacts skillfully arranged to create an inviting environment. The breakfast, which is a point of pride, is fabulous - beautiful, fresh food, carefully presented in a lovely dining room. They even catered for my dietary restrictions, replacing the french toast with a fluffy omelette. The staff are amazing - professional, friendly, generous and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated with the greatest of hospitality. We are so glad that we chose Prince of Galle as our final stay in Sri Lanka - it was a delightful end to a wonderful holiday.

Very good staff. Top notch breakfast and that too pure vegetarian. Too clean. Yes, there are monkeys, but if you don't feed them, they won't come near. All they do is play around the jungle as it's their home as well. This was one of the best stays in srilanka. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews but this was genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed. We stayed in the Deluxe Family Suite with a pool view and it was honestly outstanding and incredible value for money. The room was huge, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was massive. The team of staff that work there are so friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. Every morning we were served a 4 course breakfast in the villa's beautiful gardens which was the perfect way to start the day. The pool area is also incredibly luxurious and very well maintained. We took a dip after our breakfast on Christmas Day which was great fun! We had 2 lots of room service in the evening and the staff came and fully set a restaurant standard table setting in the bedroom before serving the food and then cleared it all away again as soon as you were done. As I said, this place was just exceptional and I would 100% stay there again!

We had an amazing stay! The host was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the main road. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of privacy throughout our stay. It was also well-equipped, with clean utensils and everything we needed for a pleasant experience. Overall, it was absolutely worth the price. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return if we visit Galle again.

Everything! The food was absolutely delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Make sure you ask for sri lanka breakfast. The pool is a lovely area to relax and is a lovely temperature and the staff are always on hand for anything you need. Even going as far as getting suncream from the village and bringing us to our next destination. The room was perfect for what we needed. Small but comfortable. Had a nice shower, too. I would 100% recommend this to anyone
