The Manager of the hotel Menaka made sure our last minute check in online was smoothly executed and kept in touch with me on the phone to ensure everything was right for us and could accommodate 3 people. The room is HUGE and the view is fantastic. We got to use the balcony to relax on the deck chairs too. Beautiful, clean beach on both sides. A nice and peaceful location.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Serenity Boutique Hotel in Unawatuna, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. One of the things that really stood out to me during my stay at the Serenity Boutique Hotel was the exceptional staff. They were some of the best I've ever encountered in my travels, going above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. Especially after an unfortunate incident that happened to me, the owner made sure that everything was handled well, which I highly appreciate! Despite being a bit outside the main town of Unawatuna, I found this to be a real benefit. It provided a tranquil retreat away from the noise and crowds, allowing us to relax and unwind completely. That said, it's still close enough to the town that you can easily access all of the local attractions and restaurants. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Serenity Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. The stunning location, exceptional staff, and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on your own, this is definitely a destination worth considering.

Incredible hotel. Architecture is great. Room was huge with spectacular sea view. Staff was super attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the food as well. The staff arranged in room massage that was excellent, and we also enjoyed a Sri Lankan cooking class on the pool deck that was a real treat. This hotel is splurge but very much worth it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The design was beautiful with a great attention to detail. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and inviting, with a nice clean swimming pool. But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were all so caring and considerate, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Clean, spacious rooms. Luxury feel, and good AC. Lovely view from the rooftop. Hashan and the team were amazing, so attentive and welcoming. I really wanted to stay longer, but they were fully booked. Also got an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast catered to my allergies. I really enjoyed the Halapa 🙌🏼 thank you so much for a lovely stay!
