Spa Hotels in Kandy

Very clean room and bathroom with a great view from the balcony. The staff were all incredibly helpful, especially as we navigated the steep slope with our luggage!

The hotel is impressive as soon as you walk in. The staff were quick to greet you and help you check in. The room (family), was spacious, quiet, very clean with all modern fittings and amenities. The breakfast was excellent - catered for a range of cuisines. Again, the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. I wish I could have stayed longer!

.The hotel is located in the middle of the nature and rooms have amazing views. Also, they are very clean and everything you need will be at your disposal. However, the highlight is definitely the service since all the members of the staff are super nice and warm. We will also would like to thank Ravi for giving us the best time in the dining area. Food options are wide and very tasty, we had dinner twice in the hotel. Swimming pool area is super beautiful. Thank you so much for everything! We would definitely like to come back.

This is the most incredible hotel. The views are simply breathtaking and the hospitality of the staff is absolutely overwhelming. Mr Thilak, hotel manager, and his team took care of every detail during our 2 day stay with them. We were travelling with young children (age 3 & 6) and they were so accommodating and kind it was really heartwarming. Small things like our eldest mentioned how he wanted to try a King Coconut at some point during his stay in Sri Lanka, and the next morning at breakfast, the team had thoughtfully carved two for the kids, in the shape of a mouse, so they could try the refreshing coconut water. Mr Thilak also arranged for a short cooking class for us to make our own Hoppers for breakfast, it was a great and interactive experience- especially for the kids. The food menu was brilliant for families, which was something we were a little worried about hearing stories from friends, but here there was even a kids menu here and lots of things our boys enjoyed. Our stay happened to fall over International Women's Day, and I was stopped in the afternoon and presented with a rose and a small gift to celebrate the event. It was so thoughtful. The swimming pool at the hotel is amazing, with views from the pool, restaurant and lobby that will literally take your breath away. Surprise visits from the local monkeys were also fun! We had a driver for our trip and also took the chance to visit Kandy which took us about 1 hour... worth the trip to see some of the famous sights, though I must say we were happy to return to serenity of Greenacres after a full on day of busy city life. We were so sad when it came time to leave, and would truly reccomend anyone travelling to Sri Lanka to brave the jungle path to the hotel and absorb the beautiful setting, wonderful views and warm Sri Lankan hospitality. Above all, the hotel has the most incredible staff with the closest attention to detail and we would truly like to thank them all for their fabulous service!

Superb. Small hotel in a beautiful nature setting. Staff is great, even more than great. The best of all is the food in the restaurant. Local and international cuisine is compared to best european restaurants.

We had such a great time! The food was amazing you neeeeeed to try the buffet it is really worth it! Also everybody was so nice! We strayed for longer than we planned because we enjoyed it a lot! When you come to this place you need to book the tour trough the area with the guy called Isuru! He is such a clever and cool guy and knows everything about the area, the animals the plants everything! It was so interesting! He also got us a pomelo from the tree after we told him that we love pomelos! And i promise it was the best ever! Thanks a lot to everyone who made our stay!

Could experience Sri Lankan style home stay, food, family and so on. Especially, the owner was so nice and kind. He managed Kandy city tour, so we've had traveled all around city.

A very luxurious experience consisting of ayurvedic spa treatments, great meals, helpful & kind staff, morning walk thru through nature, a great cooking class. A nice place to unwind - definitely recommend for anyone seeking a zen experience while in the northern part of Sri Lanka.
