Their warmth and efficiency made check-in a breeze, and throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The reception team as a whole was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Special mention goes to Roshan the restaurant manager, whose friendly demeanor and attentive service added to the overall exceptional experience. The owners are very kind and have a lovely homestay. Beautiful view from the balcony and delicious breakfast. They were nice enough to stay up late for us when we got back from a hiking trip. We reccommend staying here in Kandy.

Santani is an one of a kind hotel. Hung by the mountains, it is a place to relax and recharge. The staff is absolutely amazing, food is divine with either Sri Lanka option or European. The view from the hotel is absolutely unique. The rooms are beautiful, very well designed, and comfortable. Spa facilities (we haven’t tried the massages) are also unique.
