My stay at Windsor Residence Nuwara Eliya became so amazing. I travelled with my Family and I truly found this property as one of the Best in Sri Lanka. Super comfortable Beds, really nice Bathrooms, Hot Water, TV Connections, Internet facilities etc. made us so relaxing and happy. The young energetic team of Staff members (including the Owner) really took care of all of the Guests and they managed to pay individual attention to everyone who stayed in this Hotel. The Breakfast is also really nice and tasty. We liked the parking facilities and the open garden areas too. The Hotel is Pet Friendly as well. I wish all the very best to the Hotel team. You guys are really wonderful. We will visit again when we are back in Sri Lanka Next Year.
