Everything. This was the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Pool was great fun for our kids. Staff were very helpful and let us store our bags overnight. Bunnies running around was really cool. Breakfast was excellent and filling. The rooms were clean, the water was hot and we even had separate bedrooms for the first time. It's close to the touristy area so good for shopping and restaurants too.

The breakfast was really good and I was given dal and roti as extras which was a treat. Lucky and Lashika were the perfect hosts and made my whole stay a pleasure. The garden and pool were immaculate. I enjoyed exploring the local area with various restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Well. It's quiet place. Pretty close to the sea. Very clean , owners are friendly, always smiling, redy to help. We asked for a dinner and it was absolutely perfectIf. I would definetly recommend this place.

Fabulous choice for my first 2 nights in Sri Lanka. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Breakfast is great & plentiful. The pool & gardens are beautiful. I booked Upul's place on behalf of my friend who was traveling to Sri Lanka from NZ. The pre arranged pick up from the airport was cancelled while my friend was at the Singapore transit. I contacted Upul at the last minute to book the place and he was really helpful and friendly. He offered to pick my friend up from the airport for a cheap price and even arranged a car for my friend to go to Kandy the next day. Highly recommended service!
