This hotel was very clean with a lovely swimming pool, and they offered very nice breakfast and excellent dinner! The property is one of the best ones I have ever stayed in Sri Lanka. You feel luxurious as soon as you enter in, where the staff welcomes you to light up the oil to feel at home. The hotel has also kept the nature around, building houses around trees and including them in the design. It looks like a town village where you can go around and discover new and beautiful corners at every step. There is even a bathtub facing the lake of Giritale and you can enjoy a bath with an incredible view. The staff is super helpful and the food was delicious! We had buffet dinner there and we enjoyed every plate. The breakfast was also really delicious!

Priyanna Guesthouse was a very nice place to stay in Polonnaruwa. It is located not too far from the ruines of Polonnaruwa in a very beautifull, green and quiet neighborhood. We had a big, clean room and bathroom for six people which we very much liked. Priyanna was a perfect host that was very friendly and helpfull. He provided us with amazing breakfasts and diners. Furthermore, he gave us the needed information how to get through town and provided us with rental bikes to visit the ruines. Priyanna is very flexible. You can talk to him about your plans and he'll give you some more advice and make sure breakfast is ready according to when you want to start your day. We would definitely recommend staying here for a visit to Polonnaruwa.
