We loved this beautiful peaceful hotel. Set on huge well looked after grounds on a quiet beach, we could not have found a more relaxing place to spend a few days. The open room was gorgeous and we loved the birding even from the shower! The hotel food was great but do yourself a favour and also try Funny Banana just a few steps away on the beach.

The view from pool was marvelous and love the first sight of the room. Beach we didn't get the opportunity to view the Beach.

Very nice breakfast with nice fruit and good coffee. Excellent location between two great beaches. The Villa is nicer in real life than on the pirctures. Enjoyed yoga in the morning. You could even use their surf boards for free. Very nice staff that helped with arrranging trips and everything else. Would highly recommend to stay here. Pool is small but nice. Did not use it that much.

Deep Blue is a private villa offering rooms with boutique style décor in Matara, 500 metres from Polhena beach. It has a private beach area and an outdoor swimming pool.

I had an amazing stay! The staff were very courteous and the owner was also very nice. I got breakfast and dinner on request, the room was great and so was the whole resort.

I highly recommend this place. It was so clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and it was so close to the beach. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this place.

Of all the places we have stayed, this has been our favorite. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and has a beautiful view. The owners helped us with information and good recommendations, the family is a 10. The breakfast is exquisite, fresh and made with love. You can also dine there, if you ask them. They are always available for a conversation and to help you with whatever you need. If I came back, I would stay there without a doubt.

Very spacious & clean rooms with cupboards to store your belongings, a modern type restroom and a very comfortable bed. The rooms are situated in a cozy & green backyard and secured by a gate and 2 dogs. To the beach is just 10 mins by foot. The whole area is very local and people are friendly towards foreigners, so were the hosts. The place is ran by a mother and her son, both extremely helpful and easygoing. They speak a decent English and have a natural welcoming personality. I felt super comfortable during my stay and appreciated their support since I caught a cold beforehand and had to recover. I can totally recommend this place. Thanks a lot for your hospitality guys 🙏
