Our stay was nice. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower worked perfectly with cold and hot water. And the terrace views were super nice. The area was quiet and surrounded by nature. I recommend this place!

Our stay at shine park was perfect. I travelled with 3 of my friends, we got three spacious rooms that were very clean and comfortable. The host is a family and they were so welcoming and kind. Three of us did the safari but one of our friends stay there while we did it with the owner. She had an amazing breakfast in the morning, she could also choose a time when she would like to eat. Our breakfast was takeaway for the safari, we got a lot of things. Sweet, salty and drinks. The safari with the owner was incredible, he was very professional and been doing safaris for a long time. We could spot elephants, leopards and so on. The price for this place and what we got in exchange is incredible. Would recommend coming here

We spent three nights here and had such a wonderful time. Kasun and Geethika were great hosts; friendly, chatty, and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and Kasun was very happy to get tonic for my wife which we really appreciated. They arranged a safari to Yala National Park which ended up just the two of us; it was wonderful with elephants and a leopard seen. They can arrange taxis and washing. The evening meals are freshly cooked and very tasty and made with little or no spice to suit our taste. The hotel is very clean and tidy and Kasun and Geethika take great pride in this. There was no signs of the wear and tear we have seen in other, more expensive places. The pool is lovely, cooling, and clean with areas of shade and those for sun loungers. The breakfast was really nice and included fresh fruit, toast and omelettes that were just lovely. We had a large double room that was spacious. The bed was two medium sized double beds put together which was amazingly comfortable. The aircon was great, the shower had multiple options and there is a covered seating area outside for relaxing. We have no hesitation recommend this and providing a high rating as we would definitely come back if returning to Sri Lanka.
