I‘ve had the most wonderful stay. The tour guide for the safari was organized by my host and was one of the very experienced drivers. I also got recommendations for dinner, was taken for bird watching, was driven to the bus station and all the time my host made sure that I felt comfortable and everything worked out. Nice location with a stunning view! The beds were comfy and a huge bathroom! The owner was very friendly without being too assertive, for breakfast he made hoppers, pani pol and fruits in his super cozy garden! Really recommend this place!

A really special place, by a lake, with beautiful views and the sounds of nature around. Food was very good, especially the breakfast. Bed was really comfortable and the room (tent) dark. Staff were very helpful including by providing an enormous packed breakfast.

Nice room with airconditioning. The breakfast is very good and a lot! Also they organize the Yala Safari tour. You go from this place to the Safari tour. The people are very kind and helpful!

We are delighted with the people in this hotel, everyone is very kind and understanding, they try to make the guests enjoy their experience very much. They organized us perfect safari with a phenomenal guide. With which they greatly improved the whole impression of Yala Park.

What a great place to stay. Family business providing great service including great food from restaurant. Clean comfortable room with everything you need. Pool was a great bonus after a day on Safari to relax and unwind.

We have stayed at several hotels on our journey through Sri Lanka so far and this one tops them all! The team are the most genuine & hospitable we have come across. From the pre-arrival communication with the FO manager Shawn to the service, maintenance and houskeeping team, everyone has been incredible. Executive chef and other members of management visiting the tables at breakfast & dinner was a really nice touch! Great facilities and treatment area which unfortunately we did not have time to experience, small gift shop, lovely pool and certainly one of the best views of Yoda lake you will find. They offer different therapy packages which we were unaware of before arrival. The guests appear to naturally come together and share the experience which we really liked to see! Joining eachother in the restaurant, we almost thought they were one big family! Be sure to take a superior room with a large balcony looking out to the lake, you will not be disappointed.
