Cute little houses in a well kept little resort. The room was simple but spotlessly clean. We immediately felt comfortable. If it’s a snack, tea or a breakfast package to take along on the safari, the hosts do their absolute best. Dinner was delicious and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch of the house and listen to the evening wildlife. Personally, I think the location is even better than shown on the pictures and an absolute recommendation!

The place was very great, very beautiful garden. Very friendly and helpful family. The room is great, very quiet location, we recommend it. definitely try dinner and breakfast! The traditional dinner and breakfast were wonderful! We also booked a safari tour, the driver was amazing, he explained everything, you don’t need a guide when taking a tour from Green paradise, you can’t explain by the words how cool was it! This was truly one of the best accomodations I‘ve ever stayed in! The garden view room was absolutely gorgeous and so clean you could eat off the floor. Comfortable big beds you want to snuggle into, coffee making facilities right in your room (Kettle, cups, sugar), and truly the highlight of it all, an outdoor bathroom! I was very reluctant to leave after my stay here, I really felt like my emotional wellbeing has been fully restored after a few bad hotel experiences prior. For this price, you absolutely cannot beat it. The food was lovely and the host very kind and accommodating. So if you‘re planning to stay in Udawalawe, this is the place!
