Our one-bedroom apartment was outstanding, with panoramic views of the Atlantic, Hassan II Mosque, and the city skyline. The design and finishes were impeccable, spacious, and elegant. Our butler Yassine made the stay exceptional through flawless attention to detail and anticipation of every need. The apartment also featured a top-tier vinyl player with a collection of over 200 superbly curated LPs—an eclectic mix with strong Arab and African influences that made the experience unique. At reception, Imane and her team were consistently professional, attentive, and accommodating. Service across the hotel was at the highest level. Dining was another highlight; while every restaurant impressed, La Brasserie stood out as our favorite. The spa pool was equally remarkable. From arrival to departure, we felt completely at home. The Royal Mansour Casablanca delivered an experience of warmth, sophistication, and precision. Congratulations to Laurent, Director of the Hotel, for leading with such excellence. What can I say? Our trip to Casablanca was incredible, and we were extremely fortunate to stay in this fantastic apartment! Apartment & Location From the moment we arrived, Adam made us feel very welcome, and the key handover was seamless. The apartment is just outside the central district, so you're away from the hustle and bustle yet still, only a 5-10 min walk to key areas. Right in front of the apartment is Hybrid Café—perfect for a quick Moroccan tea, coffee, or snack! Several supermarkets are within a few minutes’ walk, and for pampering, a salon (ladies only) is just down the road. Restaurants to Visit ✅ Mood’s – Amazing service & great food. ✅ Dar Dada – A must-visit for Moroccan cuisine, great atmosphere & belly dancing. ✅ Rick’s Café – Iconic spot, great vibe, food was okay. ✅ Clay Oven (Indian Cuisine) – Hidden gem! Fantastic Indian food. ✅ Le Casablanca Hotel – 5-star experience, with pricing to match, but absolutely worth it for a luxurious night out. ✅ Kenzi Tower Hotel - Sky 28 – Breathtaking views of Casablanca, especially at night! 🚖 Traffic Tip: If travelling by taxi between 5:30 - 7:30 PM, allow an extra 20 mins due to traffic. Exploring Casablanca We visited Hassan II Mosque, the Royal Palace, and more! If you enjoy walking, explore on foot and take a £2-3/$3-4 taxi back. We used the Careem app—which works great, but max 3 passengers per taxi. Language & Hospitality Everywhere we went, people were extremely friendly and welcoming. If you don’t speak French or Arabic, you’ll still get by easily, but learning a few basic pleasantries before your visit will be helpful. Final Thoughts Our trip to Casablanca was truly brilliant, and this apartment played a huge role in making our holiday so memorable. It was central to our experience and truly a hidden gem. Clean and Boutaina was very hospitable at front desk. Walking distance to everything you need.

Its location and most welcoming staff

We had a great room on 18th floor with a beautiful view of the city and ocean. Complete hotel together with its staff is amazing.

The hotel was the best I had in Morroco. It was better then other hotels which are have more famous names. The bathroom was good, shower was big. The best feature of the hotel was the swimming pool. Although it doesn't have a good view, it's got privacy. The water was clean and the right temperature. The hotel has a restaurant at the top level which has a amazing view over the city including the big mosque. It's also got a big restaurant at the ground floor and a coffee shop. There's also a spa on site but I didn't use it. There is no alcohol served in the hotel but this wasn't a problem for me. The hotel has a car park in the back of the hotel which was very useful for me.
