Our room was exquisite! Huge and beautifully decorated, an absolute pleasure to spend time in. Genuinely the best we have ever stayed in. The roof terrace and other common areas beautiful. Wonderful service from staff. Especially the lovely porter/security guy who carried our bags up and gave us a lift in the golf cart to a taxi. Location wonderful, very close to medina shopping and restaurants but a quiet street.

This hotel is the ultimate hotel experience of Morocco, a country which we already know very well. We were so happy and proud to find this place to show and spend time with our extended family. We had 5 rooms (4 suites and 1 double). The details of the building and rooms, it was just amazing. The location perfect for us as a family travelling. The hotel is located right at the main street of the Medina, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely professional and kind. We definitely recommend this for you who seek an ultimate hotel experience of Moroccan traditions with some hints of Spanish/Andalucian/European influence.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a great suite. The bed was really comfortable, the shower hot and the lounge was a great size with a large seating area and a tv that had streaming and UK channels. The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was good (buffet). I couldn’t fault anything. Location - it is a 25 minute walk to the old town along the seafront which was ok for us. There were restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, our favourite was La Canada de Tanger. We also used the hop on hop off bus from the port (2 tours city and costal 48 hr ticket cost 130 dirham each)
