Our stay at Katamare Hotel was fabulous. It is a really beautiful and well-designed hotel that exeeded our expectations from start to finish; and its friendly and thoughtful staff (with special mention for the Food & Beverages Manager) from Reception to the cleaning team, truly went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located right on the beach and has its own section for hotel guests. The restaurant was great, with some very lovingly prepared menus (well-priced for the quality) and the breakfast was also good. We had no issues with construction noise (mentioned in some previous reviews): for sure there are hotels being built all around, but there was no building work being done when we stayed.

I really enjoyed that breakfasts are till 11 am (that's really helpful :D), they are in 'a la carte' format, and the most important thing - they are tasty! The staff is very kind and thoughtful and ready to help you with any question.

Can't say that much except that we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is well located, on a quiet street, not far from the main road. The rooms are big and modern. There is a small gym and a pool. Breakfast is amazing, see photos. During the day, you can use the Breakfast room for coffee, tea, juices, fruits, fresh juices l, cookies, and many more things. The owner is friendly.

We highly recommend Avanti Hotel & Spa to our family and friends. Every service offered was very good from the Airport Return Shuttle - the Driver, the Reception Team, the Chambermaids, the Restaurant Services (Chef, Waiters/Waitresses) and Spa Staff. They have endorsed goodness and kindness. It was a much more personalise stay at this Boutique Hotel. They have high standards, professional customers services, friendly atmosphere and picturesque scenery.
