Hands down, I’d say the best part of our stay here was the food. Breakfast on the first day was a beautiful cheese, veggie and meat platter that set a precedent for the rest of our stay. The views from the restaurant are spectacular and you can even see Albania on non-cloudy days. Loved dinner too which was available from 7pm. Also, the family that runs this hotel were so unbelievably kind to us and drove us to a different beach each morning, perhaps because my friend was pregnant. They were so sweet and considerate. Our room was spacious and bright and I slept like a baby on the comfy bed. Housekeeping was always on point seemingly starting the second we left the room for breakfast…our room was always sparkling when we came back. The hotel also happily prepared a surprise for my pregnant friend in the room ahead of our arrival even though I didn’t give them too much notice. They truly made us feel like home here and we’d come back for the people. Big thanks to our waiter who entertained us daily.

Everything was perfect! From check-in throughout our stay. The family who runs the business went far and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible! Located a bit up the hill but still very easy to access (by car/ parking space available/ or taxi from the bus station) and walkable distance from the centre. Facilities as described. Beautiful view, bed comfortable. Cleanliness spotless! We needed help a few times with arranging the taxis/recommendations etc. and nothing was too difficult for Ajla and all to help us with. The atmosphere was very easy going but still very professional. Thank you very much Ajla, the Dad and lovely girls + a guy who we met during breakfast and our meals.

The customer service was immaculate. Any issue or request we had was handled immediately, whether by the manager, the reception, or the general staff. Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely friendly. We really appreciated how staff member, whether at reception or even those working behind the scene, offered their help directly, letting us know we could approach them anytime if we needed anything. It made us feel very welcome and well cared for throughout our sta
