They are not just kind and helpful - they are friendly above any expectations! Quality of the hotel - rooms, diversity of cusine, perfection in taste, views and the overall feeling of this place. We've been to many places around the world, but this hotel and it's stuff was far beyond what we've experienced so far. I enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. I especially enjoyed that most activities offered at the resort are free. The breakfast was excellent and it catered to the international palette. I had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially Ramesh, who was highly accommodating and pleasant. He was always available, constantly making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance, with great food and ambience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius; I will definitely stay there when I come back!
