There are so manny wonderfull thigs at The Standard i do jot know where to start. But the thing i liked the most was the vibe. 5 star hotel with very relaxed, friendly staff. It seemed as if i was surrounded by friends. An amazing thing was that staff knew my first name. Such a small detail with huge importance. The staff were amazing. We especially liked our host Shaily. She was very attentive, explained everything well, responded promptly to our concerns and was always at our service. The buggy drivers were always very helpful and friendly. The service provided was the best we have ever experienced and a highlight of the trip. The food was also phenomenal, and it was nice to have different themes throughout the week. Variety of options for all meals and everything was flavourful. The room was cleaned at least twice a day, and they kept everything immaculate. It truly was a great stay and a place that we would highly recommend to friends and family.

I didn't plan to post all my photos and write this much, but... I cannot skip it. I have visited many countries, many top hotels, and resorts, but nothing compares to Joali Being. From the moment you arrive at the airport, until the last step, everything is organized as a perfect 10/10. Where to begin? The resort is new and probably the most modern in the Maldives. I thought UAE had the best hospitality, but no place has even come close to the professionalism of the staff here. The food is top-notch. I ate the best steak, breakfast, and much more. I would write what I recommend, but probably it's worth trying anything. Even though you have to pay for most of the activities, including for simply using the tennis field, I strongly recommend doing the organised activities, because the experience is unique and incomparable. I am very sorry that I skipped many of them, until I had the first ones and realized how they do things. The houses are impeccable, very inspirational in terms of architecture and design. I could write more, but... will leave just this: if you have a chance to try this resort, even for just 4-5 days, try it and it will inspire you for life about how things should be done. Thank you very much for the experience and hope to see you again soon.
