we stayed at the hotel for 1 week. It is really comfortable and cozy hotel. I liked everything : morning breakfast (especially Maldivian breakfast), location of the hotel, cleanliness, staff. All the staff are really friendly, attentive and careful. I would like to thank Saud for his help. I would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Wonderful and caring hosts, very friendly and helpful international staff; Ingvar, the Norwegian co-owner, personally takes his guests on an unforgettable „meet the manta ray-tour“, good snorkelling equipment freely available. Perfect roof top swimming pool from where one can enjoy a Hollywood-type sunset. Nice and tasty breakfast, good food for reasonable prices Well organised transfer by speed boat from Male International Airport to local Ukulhas port, from there personal pick up to the nearby hotel.

Hotel is very clean and confortable. The room is beautiful and has everything you may need. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and walcoming, happy to help if needed. The food was great, just enough variety. Location is great, beautiful big beach is just near by were you can see all the fish and coral. Part of the beach in front of hotel is also great, loved spanding mornings ther. Pack your sea goagles! Would come back!

Ismail and his sister are very very friendly and helpful.. The apartment was very clean and close to the beach. The breakfast was very tasty.

Normally I am not the "all icl" person but it was so great over there. For me, all icl was really necessary, you don't have shops or other restaurants at the island (there is 1 little souvenier shop but not a supermarket or sth like this). The food was really good (buffet; pasta station - loved it!! - currys, desert station, Pizza, meat etc. Small island (when you take a walk at the beach you are done with the whole island in ~10 Mins :D but a lot to see / do: Pool (no people there; maybe just at the evening), good food & cocktails, animals (geckos & bigger ones are everywhere on trees, fruit bats, ginger the cat, a grey heron, two little parrots, little sharks, octopus & rays esp at dusk; take a torch at night or you will step on a crab :D). staff is very nice, especially the cooks at the pasta station! there are a lot of italians on the island, but animation is in english too (movie night, sports, music quiz etc). our water bugalow was very spacious and great! we didnt wear shoes on the whole island (even at dinner there is a sandy bottom) <3 Would definetely recomend a stay on this island and book again!

Amazing resort, we loved it, and only have one other resort to compare too, but Kuramathi was really great! The food was excellent, plenty of choice and variety, and especially the pastries were fantastic. The cocktails were really great and there is a lot of choice included in All-Inclusive, which was not the case in a different resort where there were only a handful, but not at Kuramathi. Thanks to them I now have a new favorite cocktail (the Italian Colada). The staff was attentive and we never had to wait long for anything, taking drink orders as soon as we set down, never forgot an order, always driving us to where we wanted to go with the buggy, and always friendly and accommodating without it feeling forced (again, comparing to another resort). The house reef was amazing, snorkeling at the jetty, we saw a turtle, plenty of blacktip reef sharks, and even a manta ray once! The other places to snorkel are accessible by channel, which I would only recommend during tide, as they are super shallow. We only tried a few but the channel near Thundi reception had a few manta rays in the afternoon and a lot of exciting things to see! Beware the titan triggerfish though, there are plenty around but if you keep your distance they don't mind. Island Coffee bar makes great iced latte, but our favorite spot to hang out was the Laguna bar - it has a nice infinity pool, cocktails, and a nice spot to swim with a bit of coral to visit, and access to some channels leading to the reef. Even when the weather wasn't as great, it was nice to hang out in the lungers there or be in the pool. Evening entertainment was hit and miss but the resident band at the time (Antidote) was really great, amazing singers and great music selection. Kuramathi also has a great app and a map to guide you around, which can be very helpful.
